SFV-AP Breather caps

The SFV-AP valve breather cap is specifically designed for applications where internal air pressure must not exceed a certain level, such as in gear reducers, variators, or compressors. The built-in safety valve releases excess air when necessary, ensuring optimal pressure conditions.

Key Features:

• Material: Polyamide-based (PA) technopolymer

• Cover: Orange (RAL 2004), semi-matte finish, with valve symbol

• Threaded fitting with splash guard: Black, semi-matte finish

• Sealing ring: Flat washer made of NBR synthetic rubber

• Overpressure valve: Technopolymer housing with NBR O-ring seal

• Stainless steel spring: Set at 0.35 bar or 0.7 bar

• Maximum continuous operating temperature: 100°C

Function and Benefits:

• The valve remains closed under normal pressure conditions, preventing dust ingress and oil loss.

• Its special internal design prevents fluid leakage even in cases of strong splashing.

• Available in two versions:

  • SFV-AP-350MB: Opens when pressure exceeds 0.35 bar

  • SFV-AP-700MB: Opens when pressure exceeds 0.7 bar
