Haeger® 824™ eDrive™
Haeger 824 eDrive is the newest development of Haeger, which uses servo-motor drive instead of hydraulic system. This PC-controlled press has all the user friendly and quality assurance functions that are essential for professional fastener insertion.
PEB, PES – elastomer tubes and springs
Elesa+Ganter® urethane products are available in tube (PEB) and cut-to-length (PES) forms, in three different hardnesses marked with colour codes. The main advantage is that they do not fail suddenly, even under overload conditions. PEB tubes are for general use and can be cut to any size, while PES types are used as high-force springs in exact lengths as an alternative to traditional metal compression springs.
HiMould “C” – mould-in threaded insert
Tappex HiMould C-type blind-ended threaded inserts can be installed by moulding process. Additional counterbore open end side makes it suitable for vertically installed shouldered core pins even in the upper half of the mould tool. Besides, this geometry helps to prevent any molten plastic flashing into the insert threads. Available in sizes from M2 to M10.Product categories
