TIOS® EN18‑2
Battery Blind Rivet Nut and Blind Rivet Stud Tool
The TIOS® EN18‑2 is a high‑performance cordless tool designed for the installation of blind rivet nuts from M3 to M10 and blind rivet studs from M5 to M8. The tool is intended for industrial applications where precise force and stroke control, as well as repeatable installation quality, are required.

Power supply and ergonomics
The tool is supplied with an 18V / 2.5Ah Li‑Ion battery, with an optional 18V / 5Ah battery available for extended operating time. Its ergonomic and well‑balanced design allows comfortable use in both indoor and outdoor applications.
Scope of application
The TIOS® EN18‑2 is suitable for installing aluminium, steel and stainless steel blind rivet nuts and blind rivet studs, using the appropriate mandrels and nosepieces.
TIOS® ER20
Battery Blind Rivet Tool
The TIOS® ER20 is a cordless blind rivet installation tool for standard blind rivets from 2.4 mm to 7.5 mm and high‑strength blind rivets from 4.8 mm to 6.4 mm. It is designed for fast and reliable operation in industrial production and assembly environments.

The TIOS® ER20 is suitable for aluminium, steel and stainless steel blind rivets and, when equipped with the appropriate pulling heads, for TIBULB®, TIBULB® Plus, TIBOLT®, TIBOLT® Plus and TIBULB® Power high‑strength fasteners.
