HiMould “C” – mould-in threaded insert
Tappex HiMould C-type blind-ended threaded inserts can be installed by moulding process. Additional counterbore open end side makes it suitable for vertically installed shouldered core pins even in the upper half of the mould tool. Besides, this geometry helps to prevent any molten plastic flashing into the insert threads. Available in sizes from M2 to M10.
