Haeger® 824™ eDrive™

Haeger 824 eDrive is the newest development of Haeger, which uses servo-motor drive instead of hydraulic system. This PC-controlled press has all the user friendly and quality assurance functions that are essential for professional fastener insertion.

The machine is capable of exerting a pressing force of between 2 and 80 kN. Depending on requirements, besides the traditional force-control mode it can be operated in position-controlled mode as well, allow installing fasteners are required minimal pressing force without a separate stroke limiter unit. Accuracy of repeatability is +/-1% in force-control and +/-0.02mm in case of position-control mode. Press can be optionally equipped with productivity package for automatic feeding and single part handling system with a four-position rotating anvil holder, TIS.
