The Southco EA-BT Bluetooth Controller provides a modern solution for the wireless monitoring and control of electromechanical latches. Bluetooth connectivity enables digital access management, while the plug-and-play design allows quick and easy system integration.
The Southco EA-BT Controller allows electromechanical latches to become part of a smart access network. Each Bluetooth controller has a unique digital address, allowing individual access points to be identified and managed separately. This enables virtual key sharing, access activity tracking and integration into IoT-based applications.

The Southco EA-BT Bluetooth Controller is available in configurations designed to work with different Southco electromechanical latches. By selecting the appropriate controller configuration and wire harness, where required, the controller can be easily integrated into the access control system.
For installation, Southco specifies selecting a controller configured for the appropriate electromechanical latch, the required wire harness, and the EA-A02-002 12VDC Power Supply with the appropriate plug adapter, if needed.
The EA-BT-4043-10-E1 version is configured for use with the Southco R4-50 Heavy Duty Electronic Rotary Latch.
