SK4 – self-clinching KEYHOLE® fasteners

This version of PEM^® KEYHOLE^® fasteners are designed to press them into stainless steel sheets. The product itself allows that a PC board or panel can be quickly slipped into place and then removed by simply sliding the board sideways and lifting it off. SK4-61.5 has a standoff capability between 2-25mm while SK4-F joints the panels directly against each other.

Features:

• hardened stainless steel (AISI 400 series) passivated

• min.1mm sheet thickness

• 1,45-1,62mm thick panel with keyhole

• SK4-61.5 type with 2-25mm standoff possibility

• SK4-F-1.5 type for joining flat against each other

• up to HRB 88 / HB 183 sheet hardness
